THE MEETING RULE

This is a working strategy session, not a status-report meeting. Come prepared with numbers, problems, recommendations, and decisions needed. Every material discussion should connect back to revenue, customer value, execution speed, or removal of a business constraint.

01 / THE APPROACH

Operating principles
for the day

01

Sacred sales time

Revenue-facing team members protect daily time for direct selling, clinic outreach, partner development, and revenue-generating follow-up.

02

Economic productivity

Direct revenue roles should generally target 3x-4x monthly revenue relative to their monthly cost. Example: $5,000 monthly cost should support roughly $15,000-$20,000 in attributable monthly revenue.

03

Existing clinics are a paid-for asset

Clinic Success is a revenue engine, not only a service function.

04

Events must be measurable

Pre-event targeting, appointments, lead capture, post-event follow-up, 30/60/90-day revenue, and event ROI.

05

AI must move from experimentation to operating leverage

Prioritize deployments that increase response speed, conversion, retention, productivity, or decision quality.

06

No vague action items

The day closes with Who, What, When for every major commitment.

03 / EXECUTION FRAMEWORK

What must be decided
before 4:00 PM

01

Discover Biologics Institute

Define what DBI should become, how it creates value for RRG, and what must be built in the next 90 days.

02

Who, What, When

Final 20 minutes. Turn every decision into execution.

WHO

One accountable person. Departments can support, but ownership is singular.

WHAT

A specific deliverable, not an activity. Example: “Deliver Q4 sales plan with lead, appointment, show, close and revenue targets by rep.”

WHEN

Set the deadline based on actual work required. A four-hour task should not automatically receive a seven-day deadline.

KPI / RESULT

State how the team will know the task is complete and whether it worked.

WHOWHATWHENKPI / RESULT

FINAL STANDARD

If an item does not have a clear owner, a precise deliverable, a real deadline, and a success measure, it is not an action item.
